What actually happened at DSK Anandghan flat owners meeting on 21st September 2017

1) DSK promised to arrange funds and restart construction of DSK Anandghan on 15th November 2017 and give possession in 2 years time - means in 2019.

2) Ms. Hemanti Phadke Kulkarni offered Rs. 10,000 per month as a compensation for delayed possession for the period between the date of possession in the agreement and the actual possession of the flat.

3) The DSK Anandghan flat owners clarified that they had heard Ms. & Mr. DSK. They haven't accepted their promises & offers.

4) In short, nothing happened as I had imagined in my blog - "Breaking News! Flat owners takeover DSK Anandghan!!"

  1. The only question which needs to be asked by flat buyers is how is this crook DSK gonna raise funds ? When he can't pay for spare parts of Toyota, & finally ended up selling it, the money involved in construction of flat is much higher than spare part of Toyota car.

    It's good that buyers are not believing him. Trusting such crooks to complete project is like trusting Papistan to end terrorism.

    Btw, see what is happening with builders across India, it's quite similar to builders like DSK.

    Unitech’s assets to be auctioned to get back homebuyers’ money, says SC -

    The Supreme Court on Thursday said it will appoint a court commissioner as the receiver of real estate major Unitech’s properties to realise the Rs 7,600 crore to be paid to home buyers if they opt for refund of the amount given for buying flats.

    Ghaziabad-based realtor commits suicide -

    While the family members remained tight-lipped about the reason behind the incident, his friends in the real estate industry hinted that he was under financial stress which could have led to the incident.
