Yesterday evening I visited the venue of Pune Home Festival. Pandit Farms, the beautiful coconut orchard, was almost turned into a war zone. A war to win your - home buyer's - heart.
Why is there so much enthusiasm about Pune Home Festival? I asked one Marathi builder. His answer was - burning midnight oil to persuade a home buyer to book - is better than sleepless nights!
Immediately, he corrected himself and said - We are Marathi Builders. We respect our customers. Our enthusiasm reflects - respect. Respect for the home buyers.
