By performing bhoomi poojan of "Surajya at Donaje Sinhagad", on Wednesday, 7th November 2012, Pate Developers (www.patedevelopers.com) launched their own brand of "Budget Homes"!
A budget home, certainly, far - but not away from the most popular residential area in Pune real estate market - Sinhagad Road.
Obviously priced at more than half the property rate of Pate Developers' Ria at Pu La Deshpande Garden on Sinhagad Road. And much less than the current property rate at an extension of Sinhagad Road - Ambegaon. Much more affordable than Kirkatwadi.

An efficient and able home in Surajya at Donaje Sinhagad will be suitable for young working couples - as well as, for the parents with working sons & daughters. Certainly, to fit in the budget, the room sizes are compact but not cramped. Dry balcony, 2 toilets in a 1 BHK Flat and smart utilization of space, Architect Kulkarni said, makes every type of home in Surajya comfortable.
While a home is contemporary, community life at Surajya at Donaje would be traditional. The clubhouse will be like a 'wada' with open center courtyard, deepmala, Wada-cha-par & temple, said Architect & Landscape Designer Mahesh Nampurkar. Where residents can workout, sit, chat, share and pray. Children will have lots of open space to play. And housewifes at Surajya will find essential shopping at the main gate quite useful.
All sounds interesting, let me go and feel, I told both the architects - Prakash Kulkarni & Mahesh Nampurkar - and visited the site office & sample flat in the clubhouse of Surajya at Donaje. Though, everything was under construction, I could imagine a home in 'a town' - 'out-of-town'. Not only on Sinhagad Road but at Sinhagad itself. Life goes on. And goes quite well.
Even if your budget is between 18 to 28 Lakhs - you can own a home in Pune. At Donaje - Sinhagad!
