Maharashtra Times' 'The Property Show 2012':
Like any Pune property exhibition, Maharashtra Times' "The Property Show 2012", on 3rd & 4th November 2012, was a huge success. Looking at the crowd of visitors, I am convinced that there should be a property exhibition every weekend.
As usual, stalls exhibiting plots were in good numbers & had maximum visitors. Which, as usual, I avoided to visit.
Besides the known builders which are present in every exhibition, like Pride Purple Group & D S Kulkarni Developers, I came across a couple of new & interesting projects in this exhibition. Most of them were budget housing projects all around Pune.
Surprise was Akar Creations Pvt. Ltd. (www.akarhomesgoa.com). They had exhibited their projects located at Aquem - Margao, Sancoale, Vanelim - Colva and Shirvodem-Navelim at Goa! My favorite places on the planet earth. (!)
For me, "Esmeralde", a private "green" community at Aurangabad, was the main attraction of Maharashtra Times' The Property Show 2012. Mr. Balkrishna Bhakre, the developer of "Esmeralde", was my client when, around 10 years ago, I was in advertising. I had heard a lot about his project and was curious to know more.
"Esmeralde", a private "green" community at Aurangabad, has independent bungalows, luxurious split-level Duplo Villas (1.7 Crore Onward), Villaments (1.4 Crore Onward) & spacious 3 BHK Apartments. Total 129 units on 9.5 acre plot on Paithan Road. Someday, for sure, I am going to visit and review "Esmeralde (www.esmeralde.in)".
In the budget housing segment, Winsome Group's Orchid-city (www.winsome-group.com) on Talegaon MIDC Road has studio apartments (13 Lakh), 1 BHK (20 Lakh) & 2 BHK (28 Lakh) Flats.
Swapnalok Nagari A Township of 700 Flats at Bhor & Swapnalok Township 350 Flats at Nasrapur have 1 BHK (14 - 15 Lakh) & 2 BHK (19 - 20 Lakh) Flats. I was told that both are good investments & affordable second home properties. To know more, please, visit www.swapnalok.in
Nakshatra Angan at Urawade - Pirangut is developed by Sarvesh Realty (www.sarveshrealty.com). At the rate of 3050 per sq.ft., property price of a 3 BHK Flat is in the range of Rs. 42.3 to 55.5 Lakhs. Whereas, a 2 BHK Flat costs Rs. 33.5 to 38 Lakhs.
Vishal Vishwa (www.vishalgroup.org) at Sanaswadi on Nagar Road has opened bookings of the 2nd phase. The property price of a 1 BHK Flat is Rs. 23.33 Lakh & a 2 BHK Flat goes for Rs. 32 Lakh.
