1,09,124 Page Views from 1st to 3oth November 2011 - According to Google Analytics:
Am I doing something wrong?:
When i saw 1,09,124 page views in this month, November 2011, I asked myself, "Am i doing something wrong? Why such a huge increase in the page views in this month?"
To confirm, i had a look at the page views in the last three months. In October 2011, there were only 92,501 page views. In September 2011 - 95,275 and in August 2011 - 98,881!
Only in the month of July 2011 there were more than 1 lakh page views. And i was not expecting to cross that mark in the next 36 months. Certainly, in the 'slow down' who would like to read about Pune real estate market!
However, when i saw the list of the most popular blogs, i realized that not the projects but the property buyers' sentiments were responsible for the huge increase in the page views this month. Anger about unfair property price increase (Nanded City Pune and Megapolis Hinjewadi), hope for a reasonable offer (List of recently launched projects), curiosity about a mall on Sinhgad Road (Abhiruchi Mall and Multiplex), fear and risk of booking a flat in an under construction project (Florencia Wakad), disillusionment among NRIs about the future (Profit Booking)!
Certainly, slow down is the right time to go for high value properties like bungalows and row houses. Builders are ready to negotiate, so, obviously, those who pay salary are looking for 'good deals'.
Good! Out of 10 blogs, at least 2 blogs - Kalpataru Serenity and A 2 BHK Flat for Rs. 25 Lakhs on Sinhgad Road - provided useful information for the home buyers who earn salary. Which is my aim!
Since, most of the real estate investment decisions are "emotional", even when you are not buying, reading a blog which touches your heart - or visiting Pune property exhibition - can be good entertainment! What say you? Am i doing good?
