  2. Rs. 3050 rate is too high when the property market is not doing too good. For Undri the rate shouldnt be more than 2500.

  3. Ackruti Countrywoods is not in Undri. It is in PMC!

    However, this doesn't mean that property rate 3050 is justified.

  4. Rs 3050 may not be justified as compared to neighbouring projects. but it was around 2350 when the project started in March-April 2009.

    BTW, what do you think should be a feasible price for this project and on what factors it depends ?

  5. Property price of a under construction project is the builder's valuation of his property when it is ready for possession.

    His future valuation depends upon the current booking. If enough number of bookings are happening he feels that the worth of his ready possession property would be more.

    So, only you can not decide the right price. You can only accept or reject the offer.

  6. I agree with you but there has to be a price that is justified for this project. If you had to buy here, what is the psf "you" would think is justified ?

  7. I am thinking buy 2 BHK possession on dec 12. 20:80 offer. now the psf rate is 3025 rs. I am more concern about the psf rate. I think 3025 rs is too high for that area. Should i wait for good deal?
