  2. Its INSANE !! I just got a communication from and its 4700/sq.ft. Better buy stable property with good infra in the US rather than investing in chaotic Pune.

  5. The building costs in Pune are inflated intentionally to take disadvantage of the needy customer. In fact the rates are ridiculous.Accepting the fact that the builder has to earn profit, still, the prices are exhorbitant. It is necessary that political leaders should decentralise the industrial/educational hub of Pune city and encourage top companies to switch over to smaller places like Satara or Kolhapur city.This alone will decrease demand for flats and that is how the prices would come down to an affordable level. Will anybody consider this ?

  6. Also the property is close to Baner and they are charging Aundh rate. Not worth a buy. Also the customer service is not very g8!! They are in very much hurry to extract money from customer.

    I am considering purchasing a flat in Irene Towers, Aloma County
    However I have 2 major concerns
    1.proximity to sewage treatment plant
    2.entire project completion date is 2016
    so might be tough to move into Irene in 2011

    Any Suggestions?

  8. i just went to see the site of aloma county..they are saying 5300/- per sq.ft...which is way too high..locations is not worth so much money..its inbetween baner,aundh n balewadi..i understand connectivity wil b good but then why to pay 70 + lac for a 2bhk ?

  9. insted of buying a flat which moves towards highway i feel this location is safe,good connectivity,instead of saying near to baner i feel it is more close to aundh,above all; all necessary requirements in day to day life are at your nearest distance, may it be grossary to madical one can stop pune from progress because companies are not fools to select pune location.they won't shift to smaller city if pune is one of the options,since mentality is major problem in smaller prices are definately likely to grow up in future.more than 5300rs as well.would anyone like to go to peth to live?its in central....everything is at one hand water problem and all.....and above all quality remains in aundh,baner,kalyani nagar,viman nagar,is there any other location?and if there are better optiosn to county with regards to location and price...please suggest!! of course the area of jobs and distance of school must be considered.
    suggestions please?
