Hadapsar goes the Wakad way!

Given a choice, after "debating so extensively" on exclusive offers of Palash 2.0, Palash 2i and Topaz Park and the launching of 2nd phase of SuCasa, all at Wakad, on my blog, for a change, i would have liked to talk about something else! If you read the comments on these projects and the new Ravi Karandeekar's Blogs' Comments Policy, you can understand what i mean.

However, three important facts motivated me.
1) Runwal Housing was one of my first and most favorite client when i was in real estate advertising.
2) As a person and as a professional i admire Mr. Sanjay Runwal, Managing Director of the Runwal Housing

  1. This scheme is same as Palash i and few more builders will come forward with such schemes. Here builder is paying only Pre-emi so only interest part so savings are less. I can only advice that actual saving is about 40% to 50% of EMI paid by builder so one mush check what price he is paying considering this.

    I am happy to inform you that the issues as highlighted in my comments above when brought to the notice of Runwal Housing top management and Mr. Sanjay Runwal, were taken very seriously and were resolved to my satisfaction.
    It was my grave mistake not to follow the right path and approach for resolving the issues.
