Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has promised under its citizen-friendly initiative in association with the Citizens’ Empowerment Forum (CEF).Complaints related to roads, water-logging, uneven manholes or choked drains can be reported on the website.
Municipal commissioner Pravinsinh Pardeshi said complaints registered on the website will be transferred to the concerned junior engineers and contractors via SMS.
Action will be taken within 72 hours of registering the complaint and if it is not attended to, the lapse will be informed to the head of the concerned department.
